Based on Sanli's good reputation and brand image in the domestic bearing industry, this client proactively contacted us through a referral. After understanding the client's requirements such as model, specifications, and quantity, we learned that their demand was not very large. We provided detailed introductions of our bearings and the client was satisfied with our quotation, expressing willingness to try out some samples.
After approximately one week of testing, we continuously followed up on the client's trial experience, actively communicated via phone calls and onsite visits, and coordinated with our technical team. The client's technical team stated that our bearings met their requirements in various aspects and were offered at a relatively acceptable price. Importantly, the client admitted that they were simultaneously testing different domestic bearing brands, and our after-sales service was the most satisfactory. Eventually, a deal was reached, and a long-term strategic partnership was established.
